Initial consultation
A confidential conversation about the matter, the parties involved, and whether mediation is the right path forward. No obligation.

Preparation
Pre-mediation calls with each party and, if needed, position statements and key documents. Anna structures the process and prepares the ground for productive dialogue.

The mediation
A composed and focussed day, tailored to the parties’ needs. In joint sessions and private meetings, Anna guides the parties to break through the impasse and move from conflict to resolution.
04
Agreement
If an agreement is reached, Anna facilitates the parties and/or their lawyers to prepare the necessary documentation, supporting a clear path forward. Anna remains available for follow-up questions throughout the process.

The Story
The work behind the practice.

Anna is a nationally accredited mediator with a background in commercial litigation.
She served for six years as Chair of Foundation Adelaide Festival, a non-profit supporting the longevity of the iconic Adelaide Festival. Leading the Foundation from its inception in 2019, Anna and the board developed strong internal governance and oversaw a review of the constitution, philanthropy strategy and investment policy.
From 2007 to 2009 Anna worked as a registered teacher.
Prior to this Anna practised for 10 years as a dispute resolution lawyer for two leading Adelaide firms specialising in mining, trade practices, wine and family trust disputes.
She has expertise in a range of commercial disputes and has gained first-hand experience of issues affecting the arts, non-profit and education sectors. Many years of experience as a lawyer, board member and relationship builder, using her problem-solving skills in a wide range of contexts.
Known for her strong communication skills, Anna has a reputation for facilitating creative solutions with tact and wisdom. Underlying this is her belief that conflict can spark meaningful change.
Anna has a welcoming manner which puts the parties at ease, so they can have the frank and open discussions that lay the groundwork for a resolution.
She has also been a panel moderator and hosts the podcast Books On The Go. She volunteers her time to various initiatives.
